RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy, from the day you receive your item. For example, if you received your item on the 1st of January you will have until the 14th of January to request a refund. If you ship your return after the 14 days your item will be sent back to you. Please ensure that these requirements are met to avoid disappointment.

To start the return process, please email us at sales@bgmlabel.com. Once your return is accepted, we will then send you further details on how and where to send your package. 

In order to be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition you received it. unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

We do not cover the cost of the return’s shipping price as well as any import charges that may occur on the package. If you are returning your package internationally, please value the package at $30 to avoid having to pay customs fee.

 

*PLEASE NOTE SHAPE-WEAR IS NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please ensure you have inspected your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so we can correct any problems as soon as possible.

EXCHANGE 

BGM Label do not offer exchanges. You would need to make a separate purchase if you would like a new item. 

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return, we will inspect and ensure your item/s are still in the condition you received it. Once the check has been approved we will automatically refund you on your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your refund confirmation email. Please ensure to keep your receipt as proof of postage. Once we’ve received your return, We will begin the refund process asap. Please take into consideration that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process your refund.
